Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees and fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Third-party costs paid to external providers (e.g. visa, testing or travel fees) are governed by those providers and are not refundable by Edify.
Requesting a Refund
Where a refund may apply, requests must be made in writing to our team. Each request is reviewed against your client agreement and the stage of service delivery reached.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Fees pay for professional services and support, not for guaranteed outcomes. Edify Eswatini provides consultancy, coaching, training, recruitment support, and relocation guidance services. Edify Eswatini does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa approval, immigration approval, or school admission. Final decisions remain with employers, immigration authorities, educational institutions, and other third parties.
