Client Agreement
Every Edify client enters into a professional client agreement that sets out the scope of services, responsibilities and expectations of both parties.
Scope of Services
Your agreement specifies the services you have selected, the package and the support included at each stage of your journey.
Mutual Commitments
Edify commits to delivering professional, structured support. You commit to active participation, honesty and timely provision of documents and payments.
Term & Termination
The agreement remains in effect for the duration of the selected services. Either party may end the relationship in line with the terms set out in the signed agreement.
Important Notice
Edify Eswatini provides consultancy, coaching, training, recruitment support, and relocation guidance services. Edify Eswatini does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa approval, immigration approval, or school admission. Final decisions remain with employers, immigration authorities, educational institutions, and other third parties.
